Shipping / Returns


All orders will receive a tracking number that can be used to see that status and location of your package. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email used during purchase.

-Domestic shipments have an estimated arrival in 2-7 days all over the continental us.

-International shipments have an estimated arrival in 4-45 days depending on shipping service selected, please note customs in your country can take some time to process.

Shipping rates:

All shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, volume, and delivery time of your package. Price of shipping will be displayed before payment in the checkout phase of your order placement.

Online Returns and Online Exchanges:

We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- Merchandise must be in new condition with tags & packaging and resealable.
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.
- All orders will be charged a 5% restocking fee non refundable.
- Orders with free shipping are subject to a 10-15% restocking fee.
- Return labels will be paid by customer.
- Shipping costs, duties, or vat will not be refunded on a return.
- Store credit may be issued if item is out of stock.

We sell equipment that is meant for combat training and fitness therefore we cannot accept returns on used on damaged merchandise.

Oversized item returns:

-Returns will only be accepted on new/unused items.
-Returns include 15% restocking fee.
-Return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
-Returns will only be accepted 14 days after the date of delivery.

Defective merchandise:

Prior to returning the items please contact us through email or phone so we can give you the steps to follow. We will require multiple and clear images of the item and its defect, along with an explanation of how the defect occured. We will then forward this information to the manufacture so they can determine if it qualifies under there replacement policy. Please note this process takes about 3-7 business days for them to get back to us. If the manufacture approves the item will either be fixed, replaced or exchanged for an item of similar value.  

Please do not send items back without contacting us and receiving approval (RMA#) After 30 days, items may not be exchange or returned for any reason. If you have any questions about returns, please contact us.

Non-returnable items:

For your protection we cannot exchange or return the following items even if they are brand new.
- training masks
- mouth guards
- protective cups
- vale tudo shorts
- compression shorts
- special orders
- custom orders
- heavy bags
- clearance items
