The Rival RHGFS1 is an excellent choice for those looking for a full coverage sparring headgear. It is made entirely of leather, inside and out, with adjustments to fit any size head. The top laces can be adjusted to change the height and the back straps are used for the tightness. You can even mold the internal metal frame on the chin and forehead for a close to custom fit as you can get. It weighs 1 pound and 13 ounces for the size Large/X-Large a bit on the heavier side but not noticeable once you have it on.
